Consistently for the past 3 weeks, we lose channels 575, 583, 716, an 734 over the weekend until Monday morning. Just a blank screen on SEC Network, Science Channel, FUSE, and IFC.
Box restarts do nothing. Unplugged all power and coax cables and reconnected. Still channels are blank. No messages that the channels are unavailable.

Does it happen on more than 1 box?
Have you tried tighteting coax?
Start at ONT and work from there.
BTW, Science channel is 622 but you didn't list it.
583 is FS1.
Went though the whole checkout process with cust service. All boxes affected. All connections secure. Channel outage is now pretty constant. Looks like this has to be an upstream issue.
I guess I'll have to take a half day off work for a tech to come out.
