I have not been able to check the status of my boxes via the website for the last 3-4 weeks or reset them that wayHas anyne else been experiencing this issue and if so what have you done to overcomeMy wife and kids sometimes have issues when I am away with a box that is very hard to access and I could be in another city and reset the box.


Any help is appreciated... THX

I have the same issue....sometimes you can call the service line and they will attempt to reset all the boxes for you.

yeah for the last week, I have not been able to access mine, but I never use it so I have not called support about it.
