ClearQAM changes recently?

I have just the Local TV package for my FiOS and recently noticed that I no longer get many of the local main channels in HD only in SD. I don't have a set top box I just use a HDHomeRun that tunes ClearQAM channels and its worked for 2+ years to get me all the local HD channels with no issue. Seems in the past month or two I no longer see all the HD version of channels on my HDHomeRun. Is this a known change or perhaps did i muck up my HDHomeRun somehow? My HDHR does accept a CableCard but seems like it'd be a waste to pay the $3-4/month rental fee for the few channels that I bother getting. 

Can anyone shed any light on this?

Where are you located?

Have you tried to rescan the chanels?

Tried a few times to rescan and it doesn't do anything different.

Seeing no problem here in Bradenton.  e.g 10.1 is HD and 10.2 is SD.
