Initial Motorola 7232, build 1.9  - opened recent ticket due to constant interference on only one channel - 711.  Verizon suggested a replacement, so tech came out and installed a replacement - same make / model.  Again, trying to watch channel 711 and still get almost constant interference -...only on this channel.  On release 1.9, build 10.95.  All cables secure ( HDMI) - suggestions ?

Most likely problems in the cables somewhere between the ONT and the TV or in splitters along those cables.  As a start check that all the connections are tight.

replaced original Co-ax cable from ONT to point of entry into the house - was original cable from old COX connection.  Problem was moisture inside Co-ax that affected signal strength - just odd that only one channel was affected.  ANyhow....problem solved.

It's a matter of physics.  Different channels are carried on different QAM frequencies and moisture affects them differently.  Loose connectors display similar behavior.

This could also be an issue if you are using older RG-59 coax, and not RG-6 with good quad shielding.
