Customer Service Cant see my DVR?

So, Ill try to explain this as best I can....

My DVR was having some activation issues (not sure if this was bc of a software problem or with their activation servers the day I got my box) and this was when the tech installed it. So, he came out a few days later and gave me a new box, but the same problem The only issue I see is when trying to watch VOD it asks me to activate my service, but all you have to do is press the channel up or down button, then select no to changing the channel for the box to go away. I can live with that for now. But, now when I go to upgrade my package, the customer support agent cant even see my DVR, im guessing bc its not technically "activated" not sure. So anyways when they upgraded me to extreme HD and Cinemax, I only get it on my HD box and Digital Adapter, not my DVR. 

Is there any way I can get the Extreme HD and cinemax on the DVR? Or am I actually getting a DVR for free since they cant see it?

you need to call into tech support so they can reload that box. you can also get live chat on this page. http://www22.verizon.com/content/ContactUs/

We (tech support) would need to verify some things in the different systems.  Odds are it needs to be "HIT" or if you are having issues with just VOD, we may need to so other things.  If you call up or private message me here on the forums, the issue can be fixed quickly.
