It has been reported on other forums that Verizon has started to release the capbility to stream DVR programs from Quantum VMS boxes. It is done via the FIOS app.
Not a lot of details out there yet.
If I (or others) get more concrete info (roll out schedules, maximum number of streams, etc), we will try and post them here.
