My DVR is reading that it is 100% full even though I have no recorded shows. It lists the usage as 0 for both modes of recording, yet the DVR is 100% full. Th eproblem just started yesterday when our channel line-up changed. Is there anything I can do to solve this?

You might try a full reboot (unplug and plug back in). My DVR has at times showed more space being used than it should, and rebooting has fixed it.

How often do you have to do this? I've had my DVR (and FIOS) for less than a week and I've already had to do this twice. Seems like a lot of plugging in and unplugging to fix something that shouldn't be a problem.

Please contact our Technical support regarding this as the box may need to be replaced if the DVR information doesn't change permanently
