having issue with DVR search.
Had tech guy here yesterday Aug 31st. 2018 and he didnt know. spoke with Verizon CSR and we changed password. still did not help.
the issue is I can clear the search history and programs I did not search for pop up in search history by themselves. Clear it again and shows pop up again. and this is without even using search program at all. it just populates by itself. or someone has to have access. I feel like some one else has access to our cable. I have been told no.
something is wrong somewhere. if Verizon does know who does? Ideas????
