Three days ago I received a replacement STB. Installed with no problem. When I try to use the DVR I get a message on the screen that says that Fios is currently processing my order for equipment exchange. My only option from there is to EXIT to TV. SO my DVR can't be accessed at all. I have communicated to 9 different Tech Support people either by phone or on-line chat. No one has been able to make this message go away. Tomorrow, they are sending a tech to my house I don't think this will accomplish anything since the ploblem is clearly on their end. Any thoughts?
