DVR Question

My family and I are interested in switching from Dish Network to the Verizon Fios TV. We ran into an issue however, that would probably be answered over the phone, but I just wanted to make sure from the people who already own the service.

For our Dish Set up, we had 2 HD TVs with the ability to DVR from either TV. Often times, my family would be watching TV in one room, but also be setting up a recording on the other tv from the tv they are watching. The same can be applied vice versa. From there, we could choose whatever TV we wanted to watch our recording.

So the simple question is, Verizon offers a Home Media DVR station, an HD DVR, and HD Receiver. So of those 3, which should I be purchasing if I want the same functionalities that I had with my prior service?

Also, can you record something on TV 1 and watch a different show on that same TV while the recording is going on?

In order to have the same functionality with Fios, you would have to get a Tivo. 

Thw Multiroom DVR only lets you view your recorded shows in any room. All recordings have to be scheduled from the TV connected to the DVR, you cannot schedule or delete shows from any other STB(tv).
