DVR Recording Problems

Hello Everyone,

We recently just got FIOS TV, we have the Motorola 7232 as our Multi Room DVR and we also have 4 other STBs throughtout the house.  On the DVR we can record anything, it only allows us to set reminders, but we cant record anything any more, it only allows us to set reminders.  Has anybody else had this problem, we have the new update 1.9 too.

Some times 7232 box becomes over heat and behaves as non dvr box. Check if it is overtemperature problem.

If the dvr has plenty of ventilation and is not overheating as lordofring suggested. Try resetting the DVR.

Go to MENU--->Customer support--->STB auto correction

and select your DVR. It will reset the DVR and hopefully clear any issues that it may be having.
