DVR Recording problems

My wife had all her programs scheduled to record. Recently there seems to have been an update where the guide added E10S2 after the title and now it's not recording anylonger from the settings we had before. For some reason the guide it reconizing this as "New Episode" which is what we have programmed for

Tried to edit post but dont see the option.

 

After reading other threads this is a across the board problem with Scheduling Recordings.

 

You can't schedule using search function, they changed it where you have to manually record an episode from the guide.

 

VERIZON what are you doing?
