My DVR freezes as well. I have had 4 rel\placements. They are still looking into it. I unplug the DVR and reboot. It then works for a few days. I do this every couple of days.

After reading all the other people having the same issues with the DVR box, I am so tempted to cancel the DVR and switch to a regular box. Then I will watch my shows on Demand. I won’t be able to fast forward, but at least I won’t pay $20 a month in November for the DVR when my contract expires. Anybody have any other solutions to what happens if I don’t renew my contract, what other companies can provide Internet, TV, and Phone (landline)?
