DVR Trouble-Bad Gateway

Trying to access my DVR through this site and keep getting the message "Bad Gateway".
Edit: Also, was having trouble with it earlier in the day and tried to use the in home agent. Didn't work for me.

Suggest you turn off remote DVR from the STB, reboot your router, and then re-enable remote DVR. This should cause the port mappings in the router firewall to be reset, which may be the problem.
