Three times now I've been watching a recorded program while the DVR was recording another program. The DVR reset itself over and over again so I lost whole chunks of the recording. The first couple of times this happened it coincided with my hitting the fast forward button. The last time it seemed to be related to a time conflict because the DVR was recording two programs at once. I called Verizon tech support each time and the only solution they've offered is to do a "soft boot" resetting the box again. Anybody else had a similar experience?
