Basically the DVR seems to lock up after a few remote commands, especially when navigating in DVR or On Demand. Remotes all have new batteries and work fine on other set tops in house. Only my cell phone app seems to run the DVR without issue. Any ideas? Is my DVR set top failing?

Silly question, but have you tried a power reset?
