So this has been going on for a while now. When you want to play a recorded session, sometimes it will not show up even if the status bar indicates its playing. The screen will maintain it's current channel. I would have to play around with the stop and play button and restart from start selection until it plays. Sometimes it does not record at all, even though it says it recorded the show. The DVR system is very annoying, its more complicated than when I had comcast. At least comcast menu system was very easy to navigate and understand.
Anyways, other problems I am having is the "unavailable" issues that some are having. Talked to more than a few techs before and still no solution.
