If I go to the Menu on my STB/DVR, and go to the Digital Voice menu item, any option I choose tells me that I do not have Digital Voice installed.
I am certain that I do as I am using it....
Anyone know how I tell this STB/DVR that I actually do have Digital voice?
I had the same issue until on day I found a link on the site regarding digital voice. I had to activate on the web and now everything works fine. Go to the home phone section and then play around until you find the page and then activate. This needs to be better explained. No one ever told me I needed to go to the website and activate the service for it to work.
