Anyone having problems with a lag on the screen. The audio and video don't line up. Usually happen when I pause or something is being recorded. ihave reset the router many times, still happenng. Please help!
I doubt you will get an answer fron Verizon, it seems this is a subscriber only forum to make people believe they can get help. I have read through several threads and have yet to see a response from them on any issue.
in my area there is no audio for the program StarTrek: The Next Generation on FiOS channel 15. They don't seem to monitor the quality on their network as it has been this way for several weeks. I finally contacted the Heros and Icons people, who provide the programming for this channel, to see if they could help.

This is a recent problem.
And has been reported that it will be fixed by the end of the year.
