I wasn't aware that Digital Adapters had clocks. But then again I don't have any digital adapters. If you are referring to DVR's and STB's then the following solution has worked for most people.
Set Top Box Auto Correction Function
(Caution: this process will reset/reboot the boxes selected. If you are planning to use this function on a DVR, make sure that no recordings are currently in process or scheduled to take place in the next several minutes or partial loss of recording will occur.)
The functions below are either a remote control button or a menu item. Either press the remote control button or use the navigation arrows on the remote to find/highlight/enter the menu option.
Choose one of the following three pathways:
Menu > Customer Support > Fix FiOS TV Issues > OK
Menu > Customer Support > In-Home Agent > Fix FiOS TV Issues > OK
Menu > Customer Support > In-Home Agent > Set Top Box Auto Correction > OK
Regardless of which pathway you choose, they all lead you to the same place. After entering the Set Top Box Auto Correction menu, use the navigation arrows to highlight Auto Correct My STB/DVR, then press the OK button, then press the Right Arrow button. On the second page use the navigation arrows to highlight the box(es) that are malfunctioning, pressing the OK button to select each one (OR just press ' 1' to select all the boxes at once), then press the Right Arrow button. On the third page press the Right Arrow button. The box(es) will reset. Check to see if your problem is solved.
If you really are referring to digital adapters, then I'm at a loss.
Hope this helps.
I have two of the digital adpater for the kids room, both have clock when you it info to see the channel on the tv. This clock can't be reset by any of the menu items.
Look like Verizon forgot to send time update to the digital adapters.
Verizon tech support to you have answers.?
Sounds like a real problem. The only other thing I can think to try without spending forever on the phone is to enter the In-Home Agent function either from one of your STB's or from your computer (if you have it installed), and see if IHA can even see your digital adapters (if it lists them like it lists the other boxes). My bet is that it can't. Just trying to think of other ways that you might be able to run the Auto Correct function on them. Otherwise, have fun on hold.
(In case you aren't already aware, these forums are peer-to-peer. Verizon tech support agents may or may not be monitoring the posts. While they can pull you into a private support board at their discretion, if you want faster results you'll have to either enter a chat session or call the support line. Just hover over the Support tab at the top of the screen and then click on the Contact Us option under Account Help. This will get you where you want to be.)
Sorry I couldn't be more help. Good Luck!
