I just called Verizon with a problem on my secondary settop box and they wiped all my shows on my DVR.
This seem to be standard practive because my boss also lost all his shows after Verizon touched his dvr remotely.
So beware do not let Verizon touch your DRV if you do not want to loose your shows.
By the way when are we going to be able to watch TV on our IPAD?
I will stick around until Arpil 30th otherwise I am going back to cablevision. I know it's not as good as FIOS but the ipad app to watch TV is rocking.
