Channel 509 (ABC HD) is always blarring loud compared to other channels. Very inconsistent volume swings from channel to channel. Makes me want to go back to Directv. Never had this issue with their service in 5 years. What is the deal with the volume swings?
I just compared ABC to several other channels (including CBS & NBC) and couldn't tell a difference in the volume. You might try the Fix FIOS TV option in Menu >> Customer Support and see if that helps. If not contact customer support. You may have a bad STB.
Tried that with no change, still very loud compared to others.
