We are currently looking for a Fix on the EAS issue try a power cycle to restart the box and see if it continues. We are aware of the issue and is being worked on howerver I have no ETA on the perm fix.
I also had the "EAS" message on my box too. I did unplug it and plug it back in and it was working again, however I have no picture on my tv. I do have sound? How do I get the picture to work though? Thanks!
