You may be thinking that this is a verizon network problem (meaning it is happening to you and your neighbors) but that may not be the case. I often times have pixelation on ESPN in my house because it is a channel that I watch frequently. This can happen to channels you watch frequently and it is known as signal degredation. Sometimes to fix this problem you only need to unplug the coax cable from the back of your box for a few minutes and then plug it back in. However that may only be a temporary fix. Eventually the cabling may need to be replaced. Of course I am just giving ideas, I really don't know anything about your situation. it is always possible that some verizon equipment somewhere could be the problem, that is just less likely than it being a cabling issue.
