Error Code: 9-6-23-302-102

I have been logged in to the Fios TV app for over a year. While on the app for several minutes it suddenly logged me out and gave me the error code 9-6-23-302-102. It also instructed me to go to my Verizon and reset password. This did not fix the issue with the app. Any fixes out there?
