I have the same error message 8803. Called the on the screen numerous times just to be disconnected each time. Logged on to my laptop as directed to have no luck at all. Can't seem to get a hold of anyone after trying on and off for 10 hours. This is frustrating beyond words. You take my money every month but when needed I dont get the same quick service. I am ready to cancel my account and move to Comcast.
