Randamly without regard to time, channel, or any of my three set top boxes, I receive an error message: "Unable to play the selected program. Please try again later." I've tried a day later and a week later without change. I have reset the principle set top box, VMS100, and the Quantam 1100 router: again without any change. The error message keeps popping up on randam recordings, not all, but enough to be very annoying. I suspect something is wrong with the DVRs hard drive. Help!
Sounds like the HD may be starting to die.
if you get VMS replaced, you will lose all of your recordings.
but you can save and series comfits before hand
