Error with Scheduled Recordimgs

After attempting to schedule a series using the FIOS Mobile ipad app, a future manual scheduled recording is displayed and unable to delete.

The manual recording has the following info:
Duration 6:02 am - 6:02 am
Scheduled date 03/14/2023
No program info


The following troubleshooting has been performed:
Delete from DVR : failed
Delete from ipad: failed
Delete from iPhone: failed
Rebooted all verizon boxes, then logged out of apps, performed Delete app from ipad/iPhone, reboot devices, reinstalled apps and attempted delete: failed

Any suggestions on how to remove the future manual scheduled recording?
