External Drive

Everytime my set top box reboots, it fails to recognize the external hard drive.  Unplugging the drive and reconnecting seems to work, but why should I need to do it?  Any ideas?

Same issue here, wish i didn't have to all the time. Seems my box reboots every night. Ugghh

Sorry for the drive issues. The auto correction may fix this. Please press menu, then go to CUSTOMER SUPPORT, then IN HOME AGENT, then SET TOP BOX AUTO CORRECTION. Please let us know if further assistance is required.
