I set my iVIEW 3200STB external QAM tuner to "Signal" to Cable and NO antenna since my local channels are coming over a coax cable. I then tried to manually scan for channels 70 and above and nothing. Can someone help and tell me what I'm doing wrong?
In the top left corner of the HDMI monitor it shows "AIR" and not "CABLE". I thought it would indicate the latter since the signal is coming over cable.
You should have set box to be cable not air.
Air channels use ATSC.
Cable uses Qam.
