For the last two weeks the picture quality using the APP on my ipad has been bad - it is not clear, a bit blurry. the quality is the same weather I am watching live tv or a recording. Anyone know why this is happening it is quite annoying.

Same issue with iPad Pro 12-9 inch. Picture quality is very poor, almost unwatchable. Other apps (Netflix, etc) stream perfectly. Any updates to troubleshoot this issue?

Thanks, still having issues. I’ve called tech support a few times. They scheduled a call the next day to discuss but never called. I will try to gather the energy to call again but it’s an excruciating experience.

Issue is at home with very strong WiFi connection in the same room as router.
