FIOS Mobile iPAD App IOS 7 -- No Bluetooth Audio

No sound from Bluetooth-paired speakers that work OK with other Apps on iPAD 3. Audio comes only through iPAD speakers. Tried disconnecting then repairing & re-connecting Bluetooth. No luck.

I thought it was me!! I called verizon and their chat dude said it was my headphones. 30 clueless minutes later there was "connectivity trouble " with India I guess and I had to disconnect. Irritated doesn't begin to describe how I feel.

It appears that there is no setting for bluetooth.. The old app supported bluetooth. Any ideas out there?
