Why is it that the DVR Manager @ Verizon.com NEVER WORKS? For over a year now I have not been able to use this option. The site can communicate with my DVR but when I find a program to record I select Record It and I always get the same error message, "The guide data is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later." So try again later means it never worked in 2012, doesn't seem to work in 2013, maybe I should try again in 2014? Ridiculous! Please make sure the services that you offer to consumers actually works before you launch the product. Comcast is looking better day after day!
Have you contact Verizon support to help with this? I've been a hapy FIOS customer for many years and use the online DVR manager (both through the web and my IPHONE) without issue.
Are you using the VZ provided router?
