All program listings post-8pm on 3/20 have been missing for at least the last 4 days. It appears that not only can't Verizon's developers get their online DVR Manager to work consistently, now their TV Listings are totally messed up as well. I'm really getting tired of having to reboot my DVR every couple of days just to keep the online DVR Manager somewhat useable.
Everytime Verizon "improves" FiOS, it becomes less reliable. To program new recordings at present, it is a two step process- 1) go to TVGuide.com and scan for programs that you are interested in, then 2) use the FiOS website to Search by Program Name to find the scheduled showings, then manually select from the show times that are listed.
When I first subscribed to FiOS almost 3 years ago, everything worked beautifully. Then the "upgrades" started and the problems began. Did Verizon outsource its IT to Bangladesh, perchance?
