Several weeks ago, I requested a new TV remote because the current remote was not reacting to buttons that were most frequently used.
The remote arrived within a week and was satisfied that I fixed my problem and it cost me $14.95.
However, several days ago ANOTHER remote arrived in the mail. Do I have to pay the postage to mail it back. Will I be charged another $14.95 for a remote I don't need.?
Please help me solve this problem. Thank you
Al Holden

General rule from the post office:
If you didn't order it, you can keep it and don't have to pay for it.
That being said, check your account to ensure you weren't billed.
