Hi,
We have the FIOS DVR STBs with the following:
Release: 1.9.4
Build Number: 16.16
Data Object Version Number: 16.16
Whenever the Daylight Savings starts or ends and the FIOS DVR STB is scheduled to change the time it always affect any of the manual series recordings that has been programmed on the Set Top Boxes. During March the Manual Series Recordings will change with the "Spring Forward" on both the Start and End times. Using the Fix FIOS TV Issues will not resolve this. You would normally have to delete all your Manual Series Recordings and reprogram them after.
This recent Daylight Savings ending (November 2013), it has also affect the Manual Series Recordings to where they "Fall Back" an Hour. However, deleting the manual recording and re-entering them does not resolve the issue this time around. They remain an hour behind whatever you set it to. If you compensate to try to resolve this issue by setting it an hour early the start time would look correct but the end time remains an hour behind (Manual Recording 07:58pm - 11:02pm will show 6:58pm-10:02pm). Also if for instance you set the manual recording to 08:58pm - 12:02am the scheduled recording will end up 07:58pm - 10:02pm. I also am noticing that when set for recurring on the particular days, the one additional week of future scheduling are also off.
Do you have any intentions to resolve this issue? This has actually been ongoing for 2 years since we've had the FIOS Service with no fix and this time around it seems to be the worst.

Odd, I saw no problems. Perhaps manual recordings only are effected. I do not have any SERIES manual recordings, and the manual recordings I have set this week all worked correctly. I suspect any programs that overlap the actual change might not work correct.y, but not those later on that Sunday or any after that should.

That's weird that no one else is having this affect. There are two DVRs here that does it like clock work everytime it gets adjusted for DST. Are your manual recordings set for longterm and before the adjustments? I've checked schedule and although when I reported this issue, it seems the first two weeks were off. A week has passed and the new week seem to be corrected.
