Sound volume decreases on HD channels only on FIOS Home Media DVR. When I watch ABC on STD channel volume can be at 18 but when I switch to ABC HD volume has to be raised to 37 to get the same level of sound. I have a Toshiba 52" hooked up to Onkyo receiver. Connected using HDMI cables. This does not happen on my other TV's that are connected directly to the set-top box.
Hey have you try bypassing the receiver and going straight to the TV since the other TVs connected directly to the STBs does not have that problem.
