I installed Triple Freedom Fios on 12/18 and marked my calendar to cancel all of the premium channels with the exception of HBO before 3/18/09. I rec'd a call the week before 3/18 asking if i wished to continue with all of the prem. channels and I told them that I only wished to keep HBO starting on 3/18. My current bill (3/28/09) shows a Fios TV Essentials chg. of 47.99. This is in additional to my Fios TV bundled chg. of 35.99. The bill also contains an HBO chg. of $15.99. I'm confused but after spending 3 hrs. waiting for someone to talk with at Verizon by phone...I'm at a loss. any suggestions?
