Hitting the "Guide" button displays the guide. For movies, for the longest time the movie cast was not available on the first level scrolling display - it required hitting "Info" twice to display the cast. Then one day the cast was displayed on the second line of the scrolling display (i.e., line one title, line two movie cast, line three+ movie synopsis. YEA !!!!!!!! THEN THE NEXT DAY IT DISAPPEARED. I have lately been recording the ins and outs: April 28, 29 in, YEA; April 30-May 2 out, NUTS; May 3 in, YEA; May 4 out again, NUTS !!!!!!!!
WHAT IS GOING ON? THIS FEATURE SHOULD HAVE BEEN AVAILABLE FROM DAY ONE, NOW THIS IN ONE DAY OUT THE NEXT. THIS IS REALLY A DISGRACEFUL.

Agree! Very annoying. I decide which movies to watch and DVR based on the Cast Info. I shouldn't have to click twice on every movie listed to get cast info.

Thanks for your reply, I was beginning to think that I was the only one aware of this issue.
Note, on last Thursday, May 16, The MOVIE CAST (ACTORS) REAPPEARED THE THIRD LINE OF THE SCROLLABLE TV GUIDE DISPLAY. It has now been available for 3 continuous days.
Viewing the movie entry complete with movie cast made it more clear than ever to me that the scrollable guide fails miserably whenever the info is not present. The cast info seems to call out "I BELONG HERE! PLEASE STOP REMOVING ME".
