FIOS TV One - Fast Forward and Rewind

When I am rewinding live TV, or fast forwarding after pressing pause, I can no longer see the scroll bar across the bottom as I used to on the old boxes.  It would show the full length of the show I was watching, the time, and where I was in the show.  Can I get this back on the new boxes?
