I currently have Fios and use the m cable-card in two Tivo DVRs. Verizon chat and phone representatives could not answer my question about whether I can upgrade to Fios One TV, but continue to use cable cards in my Tivos instead of the Verizon DVR. I want to have the increased internet speed from 100 mbs to 1,000 mbps, but I have 6 TB of storage on my tivos.
Your internet package is independent of your TV package. You should be able to get gigabit internet and keep a basic TV package if you want. No need to upgrade to Fios One to upgrade your internet.
