It has been two weeks since I noticed that I am not able to play back movies in my library, and all I get from tech support is that is a wide "known" issue in my area is this how VERIZON treats long time customers. 

I have TV, internet, home phone, and a family full of Verizon cell phone service. I am not a happy costumer Verizon. And on top of that cell service has been spotted lately... I will start looking for alternative for your service, and I will tell as many people what I am experiencing.

Welcome to wonderful world of Verizon on Demand only when the server is responding.  Verizon provides by far the best internet service and TV picture quaility.  All the other features especially integrated services (Caller ID on TV, VOD, TV Anywhere, TV Guide, Digital Phone etc) are well below average compared to most cable companies.  I have learned to live with the bad integrated services because of the uncapped unlimited unshared internet and the just increadable TV quality

 

Also note Verizon Wireless is separate comany.
