When I fast forward through my football game, I push play when they are about to snap the ball. When I push play, what I start to see is just ahead of what I saw when I pushed play. For instance, the man in motion jumps several yards away. Likewise, rewind goes farther back that what I was looking at when I push play. If anything, they should do the opposite. Rewind should start just ahead of what I was looking at when I push play. Fast forward should also go back to just before what was on screen when I push play.
??Opposite of what always has been standard for such buttons!!!
Play has to do a little reposition and not always exact. Partially to blame is TIVO who patented some of these features and challanges anyone doing it in a way that matches to closely their technique without paying them license fees.
