My remote does not change the #5, I requested a free remote but was told that I must pay $14.95. My contract expires in March - I told the Rep that I was very unhappy and that I would change. She said I should go online with my complaint but she could not help.
Yes I was told here on the forum to use the "contact us" at the bottom of the forum, when I did they told me they didnt know and to come back here and post online. Dont you love circular references?
This is a peer forum. Complaining on here might not yield much help from Verizon. Yes the remotes are $15 bucks now. You can get one from ebay for half of that.
You can get four replacements remotes (slightly used) for $16 on eBay. It works.
