I am having a problem with the remote part of the fios mobile app for my Samsung Galazy 8+

It will only work while connected to same network as your STB.

What is your setup?

Well, I’m kind of not surprised that after a year, this piece of crap of an app still doesn’t work. They [Verizon] were always about $$$ and not customers.
