FiOS TV One: Can’t Get the STB to Switch to 2160

I had my fios one installed today and I can’t get the stb to switch to 2160. Anyone else have this issue? The TVs are both 4K, but both are hooked through an Xbox. Both Xbox’s are 4K also

I would try connecting it directly to the TV to rule out the Xbox. When you go into the settings will it not let you change to 4k?

Yea it works directly into the tv, I guess the hdmi in, can’t be over 1080p on Xbox. I still feel like my picture is better on my 1080p Panasonic vs my 2 4K tvs
