Why can't Verizon fix a problem with FiOS on Demand when an error code exist. As a customer trying to pay on time and according to their terms, but the customer is the one that has to deal with a service that is short on details and knowledge of its own system. The customer is bounce from dept to dept and no one knows what to do.
