FiOS motorola HD STB ergonomics

I subscribed to FiOS as soon as it became available, which was a few months ago.  All of the services are fine, but for the past 5-7 years, I had DirecTv, dual tuner DVR.  With FiOS, I have a lot of issues with the ergonomics of the STB.  Technologically, it's very poor compared to a Hughes dual tuner DVR box that is a lot older.  On top of the ergonomics, I find that Verzon does a very poor job with program descriptions in the "guide".  So I guess my real question is, how do I communicate my problems and suggestions to Verzon, since this is a peer-to-peer forum?  Basically, I'll drop FiOS at the end of the year if they don't start resolving some of the issues.

You can do that here.  Verizon employees do monitor this forum, although probably not those that have a direct say in the software.  But there's a chance the suggestions you make here will be forwarded to those with a say in development.

Note Verizon FiOS is compatible with the TivoHD, so if you want your own, more "ergonomic friendly" box with superior guide information, you have the freedom to buy one of those for $200-$250.    If you had a DirecTivo from DirecTV, the TiVoHD is basically just a new and improved version of that box built using the latest available hardware.  A CableCard from Verizon plugs into the front to authorize all the channels you receive.  More information here:
