Fios---No TV picture, No Internet, No Phone

Hello!

 

Has anyone encountered an on-and-off problem with their Fios tv losing channels and showing a grey screen, the internet losing it's connection (even though the router shows that you are connected--all signals are green), and your phone has no dial tone just a dead sound.  This has happened off and on, no real pattern to it, and it's down for about 5 minutes or so.  Unfortunately, my phone is dead during this process so I am unable to call Verizon and alert them to this problem while it's happening.

 

Just wondering if anyone has any idea what is going on.

You are either losing power or the signal to the ONT if you are losing all of your service. You will need to call the FSC at 888-553-1555 and have a tech come out to fix your problem.
