I switched to Fios Quantum serveral weeks ago. The first problem I encountered was the skip ahead feature. It would work ok for awhile and then suddenly, instead of skipping ahead, it would go backwards, sometime to the beginning of the show. Verizon tech support told me they are aware of the issue but have no idea when it would be fixed. My latest issue is that sometimes I get the indication that a show is recording but it never does record it. I'm assuming that this must be another issue that tech support is aware of. What ticks me off is that Verzion sells you an upgraded service that they know does NOT work properly. Any comments on this is appreciated.
